1.    Payment Options

1.1   As long as there are no differing specifications stated in the respective product description, the          

 seller offers the following payment options for deliveries within Germany:

-     Cash before delivery

o    Bank transfer

o    Credit card ( VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

-    Cash on delivery

-    On account/Invoice

-    Cash on collection

2.    Delivery 

2.1  Depending on the size of the order, the goods are delivered by the German Post office or a transport company.  

2.2  We deliver in the following countries: Egypt, Hong Kong, Poland, Portugal, Ireland,  

Iceland, Israel, Italy, Romania, Russian Federation, Japan, Australia, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Luxembourg, China, Denmark, Taiwan, Thailand, Czech Republic, Turkey, Finland, France, Ukraine, Hungary, New Zealand, Netherlands, USA, Greece, UK, Norway, Austria and Cyprus.

3.    Delivery charges

3.1  For deliveries within the German mainland a general fee of 5.50 Euros per order is charged.  

3.2   In case of cash on delivery we charge an additional fee of 6 Euros. The transport company also charges an additional fee of 2 Euros.

3.3  Please notice, that for deliveries abroad additional taxes could be charged, e.g. customs, which have to be bored by the customer.

3.4 For deliveries abroad a general fee of the following amount is charged:

1.1  Delivery time within Germany is about 4 days. On Sundays and holidays no deliveries are          made. On Sundays and holidays no deliveries are made. If an article is momentarily not in stock or is not available immediately the delivery time will be extended respectively. Special delivery conditions are mentioned in the product descriptions. In special cases, such as custom made articles, the delivery period is longer.

 

1.2  Delivery time for international deliveries is about 10 days, deliveries oversees can take up to 3 weeks. On (Saturdays), Sundays and holidays no deliveries are made. If an article is momentarily not in stock or is not available immediately the delivery time will be extended respectively. Special delivery conditions are mentioned in the product descriptions. In special cases, such as custom made articles, the delivery period is longer.
